Zumba with Diane Langan

 Diane started taking part in Zumba classes as a student, based in Strabane and under the direction of another instructor. During this time her love of Zumba grew and four years later she completed Zumba training in Dublin and became a Zumba instructor. She started running her own classes in Doneyloop and Clady before starting classes in Castlefinn. She now holds two classes per week in the Finn Valley Centre on Monday & Thursday evenings at 7pm

After a back injury Diane had to take time out to rest and this coupled with losing her dearly beloved mum, she found it difficult to get back, but she attributes her students’ anticipation and eagerness to be back at Zumba as being the catalyst that spurred her on. She states that “Zumba and my Zumbettes are exactly what I needed, it’s helped me both mentally and physically to become a stronger and better person and if you ask any of my Zumbettes they’d tell you the same, everyone has their own troubles but just that one hour of Zumba lets you forget all those little troubles and you just feel free, full of energy, laughter and going home with a much brighter outlook on life!”
